Em internamento realizou-se investigação radiológica e laboratorial na qual evidenciou-se presença de coleção extra-axial de caráter hemático em ambiente inflamatório. Em nosso estudo, relatamos um caso de um lactenteue apresentou episódio de convulsão e sintomas neurológicos após infecção pelo COVID-19. Diente desse novo vírus, complicações em diversos sistemas foram percebidas, principalmente o acometimento do sistema nervoso central (SNC) pelo vírus, em especial na população pediátrica. O vírus Sars-CoV-2 foi responsável por inúmeras mortes e sequelas em todo o mundo. Given this context, it is necessary for prescribers and dispensers to be aware of the risks of concomitant administration of these classes, in addition to monitoring the consequences, evaluating patient safety in the face of the use of these drugs. After analysis, 77 interactions were observed, of which 56 were of moderate severity and 21 were severe, highlighting the drugs atazanavir, lopinavir/ritonavir and hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine for interacting with a greater number of drugs.
For that, the following databases were used: MedScape, UpToDate and Drugs, selecting the interactions classified as moderate and severe severity, exposing the possible complications. main drugs used in the treatment of COVID-19 in association with drugs that act on the CNS, standardized in a University Hospital in Sergipe. Taking into consideration, the increase in the use of drugs that act on the central nervous system (CNS) during the pandemic, due to the increase in mental disorders, one of the biggest public health problems worldwide, the present study aimed to identify the potential drug interactions of these drugs. Thus, it is important to evaluate drug interactions (DIs) in order to promote greater effectiveness and safety of therapy. However, most actions and interventions are empirical and derived from in vitro tests. Antiretroviral, antimalarial and antiparasitic drugs are being studied for the treatment of COVID-19 and its complications, due to their mechanism of action. The disease caused by the virus: severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) It is a pathology with a clinical picture that varies from asymptomatic infections to severe respiratory conditions. It is concluded that the mathematical relationships developed by differential calculus have relevance in understanding the mechanism of body functioning, which leads to the development of innovative possibilities for pharmacological treatment, while at the same time supporting the epidemiological calculations that determine the course of diseases and define measures.
With this, the theme was selected together with the advisor and later studied the theory of calculus with the choice of exercises being applied in the medical area.
The current work was developed through the scientific initiation and master's project (PICME), in which weekly meetings were held where doubts were resolved and a new topic was chosen to be studied to present the advances achieved. In this context, this work addressed the main functions of differential calculus through its use in the field of medicine, seeking precisely the best practices for patient prophylaxis and treatment. Differential calculus is a branch of mathematics developed from algebra and geometry in which the definition, applications of derivatives and their properties are studied.
